About Our Personal Trainer

Mackenzie Robinson, MS, CPT is an exercise physiologist and certified personal trainer who is dedicated to the study of exercise and its impact on cardiovascular health. From an early age, Mackenzie has aspired to pair her passion for exercise with a professional career, whether it be assisting athletes in enhancing their performance or helping individuals improve their overall quality of life. She takes pride in educating her patients and guiding them towards reaching their fitness goals, all while cultivating meaningful relationships with them. With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise physiology from the University of North Texas, Mackenzie has acquired a comprehensive understanding of how exercise influences the body’s physiology across various demographics. Her expertise extends to corrective exercise and sports performance, as well as a particular interest in cardiovascular health. Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She firmly believes in the value of continuous learning and strives to impart her knowledge to others daily.
